Orders are shipped by U.S. Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx Ground within the continental United States. Other areas & over seas by prior arrangement.

Shipping costs will be calculated at the time that your  order is processed by our phone representative.  There is a minimum charge of $5 for shipping and handling.

Next day, 2nd day & 3rd day shipping are available for an additional charge. Please call for prices on these services.

Returns

All returns must have prior written or verbal authorization before any return can be made. Any items not returned within thirty days (30) after purchase may not be eligible for return. Damaged merchandise (negligence, animal abuse, etc.) may not qualify for a full refund.
